Posted 6/30/10. Probate Examiners perform final review of probate documents and recommend
judicial action in probate cases.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree & 2 years experience processing and documenting cases related to probate,
civil, family, juvenile, and/or LPS mental health matters; OR a Paralegal Certificate or
Associate's Degree & 4 years of the experience listed above; OR a Juris Doctorate & 6 months of
the experience listed above. NOTE: Experience in Probate is highly desirable.
